We just wanted to share with you how our range is extending and growing thanks to your feedback.

I’ve been playing cricket since I can remember and many years ago set up ND Sports. Over the last 20 years we’ve made some great contacts giving us direct access to all the main brands. We’re proud that this has continued and grown as we have developed and expanding.

I’m in serious training mode at the moment, got myself a personal trainer at the gym and he’s pushing me hard! Just started netting too, I’m signed up to Brooklands CC as their pro again this year after a successful 2011 achieving promotion.

Was out practising last week and I’ve managed to break my favourite bat, absolutely gutted! Had to have a word with one of our suppliers and my new bat is on its way – can’t wait!

All our club kit orders have beencompleted, the pictures look great looking forward to seeing them. This year has seen record orders and I’m so pleased! The first item in the range is the Sidearm Club.

Sidearm™ Club is designed to allow colt, novice and village cricketers the best practice available. It’s very easy to use, and can be mastered by most cricketers within 5 or 10 minutes. A great way for parents whose throwing and bowling days may be behind them to give little johnny or johnetta top quality practice whenever they need it.

The Sidearm™ Club has been designed to throw lighter cricket practice balls such as incrediballs or windballs for colt practice, as well as full weight cricket balls.

Its also a great tool for building confidence and getting the body moving by being fed loads of eminently hittable deliveries. 5 minutes in a net before an important innings and you’ll go out to the middle feeling like you’re on about 120!

Any coach who uses the Sidearm™ club for a couple of sessions will soon be able to throw different lengths and lines at will, mixing yorkers and bouncers to really keep the batsman reacting as they would in a game situation.

The alternative is the Sidearm Pro.

The Pro is where the Sidearm™ really gets interesting. It requires a slightly stronger throwing arm to use than theclub, but once mastered can produce deliveries that can test and challenge the very best of batters.

Used by Graham Gooch and Andy Flower in the England set-up, the pro can provide a level of quality practice that is impossible to better. Where previously a very talented bowler would have to run-up 20 or 25 yards to bowl a ball of similar quality, now a skilled coach can provide 80mph swinging, seaming deliveries to really iron out any flaws or defects in a batsman’s game.

Not that you have to be test level to benefit from using the pro. A good level club cricketer or level 2 coach can easily generate enough pace to provide great training for their peers – a bit of time spent mastering the use of the pro can be repaid many times over by a better batting average at the end of the season!!
